Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Delivery Time

All Amaré orders are shipped using USPS or UPS.

Orders are expected to be delivered within 2–4 business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary slightly due to circumstances outside of our control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping information, or unusually high shipping volumes.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking number will be provided once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package when necessary.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Amaré immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has already been processed or shipped.

Amaré is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Although most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days, occasional carrier delays may occur.

If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears to be delayed, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you with reviewing the shipment.

Once a package has been transferred to USPS or UPS, delivery scans and final delivery are managed by the applicable shipping carrier. Amaré will work with customers and the carrier to investigate legitimate shipping concerns.

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  1. Check around your property and any secure delivery locations.

  2. Confirm that the shipping address entered at checkout was correct.

  3. Check with household members, neighbours, building staff, or a front desk.

  4. Contact USPS or UPS directly for additional delivery information.

Please contact Amaré promptly if the package remains missing after completing these steps.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs of:

  • The shipping package

  • The shipping label

  • The damaged product

  • Any damaged internal packaging

Claims submitted without supporting photographs may take longer to review.
